How does it work?
Three simple steps:

1. You contract a full time Tcl / OpenACS developer for a period of time.
2. You assign within your team a Developer Leader or Project Manager who will be interacting and conducting / supervising the work of your new Viaro Networks developer.
3. The developer starts immediately to work for your projects.
• The work is done in our offices (in Guatemala), through online access (ssh and/or others) and any communication systems that we agree to use: usually phone conferencing, chat, video-conferencing, everything is provided by Viaro Networks.
• For some projects we might suggest to start doing a work on site for 2-4 weeks (or even more if needed), which sometimes also helps to get in sync with the work to be done.
  

All our customers get additionally a Viaro Networks project manager, a professional with enough experience in software architecture, project management and web development in order to speed up the new projects with the developer assigned,  and this project manager will locally supervise the continuous development in order to increase the quality assurance of the development services provided, and if required serve as developer backup.

We also provide tools such as ticket-tracker, project-management, file sharing and forums in our intranet to our customers, which easy the interactions and work to be done.

For a 1 full time developer (full time equivalent) the work time is: 40 hours a week, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

About our Developers

• Developers have a University B.S. in Computer Science or similar program.

• Some have or are taking Master Degree in Computer Science related fields.
